3. Registration & Fees

Submission of a registration form does not guarantee selection or participation in any stage of the competition. All registration, participation, finalist, training, or event fees must be paid as communicated by MEDGALA. All payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Selection Process

All applications are subject to screening, evaluation, and selection by the MEDGALA team and jury panel. Selection decisions are final and binding. MEDGALA reserves the right to accept, reject, shortlist, or disqualify any applicant without assigning any reason.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the registration process, training sessions, photoshoots, rehearsals, online interactions, events, and finale activities. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, unethical, defamatory, disruptive, or harmful to the reputation of MEDGALA may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

6. Media & Promotional Rights

By participating in MEDGALA, participants grant MEDGALA and Qnox Advertising the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, and display their photographs, videos, recordings, names, profiles, interviews, and related content for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, website, media coverage, and public relations purposes without additional compensation.

7. Event Changes & Modifications

MEDGALA reserves the right to modify event schedules, formats, venues, judges, categories, activities, training programs, dates, rules, and event structures at any time without prior notice. Such changes shall not entitle participants to any refund, compensation, or claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, event branding, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, trademarks, and promotional materials are the intellectual property of MEDGALA and/or Qnox Advertising and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

MEDGALA and Qnox Advertising shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation, registration, event postponement, cancellation, website usage, or any related activity.
